What This Pillar Will Explore
This pillar will evolve gradually, alongside my Mind & Body reels on Instagram and in conversation with my Changing the Narrative Blog and upcoming Podcast episodes.
It complements all of my other pillars, especially Chronic Pain Awareness and Pilates & Movement, as part of a whole-person approach to wellbeing.
I’m not a practitioner or specialist; just someone with lived experience of chronic pain, surgical menopause, motherhood, and midlife shifts, sharing what has genuinely helped.
Some practices have supported me for years. Others I’m still exploring. I’ll always be honest about what’s made a real difference, what’s helped a little, and what’s still a work in progress.
